Certified Life Coach, Life Designer, and Officiant

My passion to help others began with my personal journey. I have had the honor of being mentored by several dynamic women. They challenged me to grow and live up to my own purpose and potential. It’s my desire to reciprocate that gift by empowering other women to identify their strength, gifting, and value. A few ways I do this are through workshops, coaching, and my Life Designers.

After years of facilitating workshops within the military and civilian communities throughout the United States, I made the shift to become a Certified Life Coach. This has allowed me to use my journey in a more personal way to empower others using tools that I have worked hard to obtain. 

I am available to speak at events. My workshops enhance organizations and aid them in developing the skills that lead to a more cohesive working environment. You can contact me for more information on personal and professional growth workshops.  

When coaching couples, some prefer the perspective that is added when my husband joins us. Each couple brings their own style and preferences to the table and can choose coaching with me alone or with us as a team. This allows the coaching to be catered to each couple, focusing on the skills needed to enhance intimacy and improve their health and happiness in the relationship. We can even perform your ceremony and customize it to your unique style and relationship.
